My path into mental health began in direct work with new mothers and young families, an experience that gave me deep insight into the challenges of early parenthood and shaped my passion for supporting clients through perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. While I work with teens and adults, my special interest is in supporting adults — particularly mothers — navigating perinatal anxiety and depression.

I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. I also incorporate techniques from DBT and ACT — evidence-based approaches that are closely aligned with CBT and add tools for building tolerance and self-compassion when difficult emotions arise. I take evidence-based guidelines seriously, and my approach is warm, accepting, and easy to connect with. I take the time to understand each person’s unique situation so that the goals we work toward feel meaningful and achievable.

Outside of work, I find that spending time in nature helps me recharge — whether that’s a walk with my dog Lizzy or just getting some fresh air. I also have a soft spot for good food, and I enjoy both baking at home and exploring new restaurants.
