Mike Pease, MSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I have eight years of experience providing therapy to both adults and teens. My work is grounded in the belief that our personalities, patterns, and ways of moving through the world are deeply shaped by what we’ve lived through. Sometimes those experiences teach us habits, beliefs, or coping strategies that once felt useful but eventually hold us back. I see each person as the expert on their own story, and I believe that exploring your thoughts, emotions, and core beliefs—paired with genuine self-compassion—can open the door to meaningful growth. Reaching out for support takes bravery, and I’m here to help you make the changes that lead to a healthier, more satisfying life. Creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and optimistic about the process is always my top priority.
Outside of therapy, I’d describe myself as naturally curious and always eager to try new things. I love spending time outdoors—gardening, exploring nature, or relaxing with my two cats. I’m also training my rough collie puppy, who is making progress in his own time. Music is another meaningful part of my life, whether I’m discovering new bands or playing bass on something I’ve written. To schedule an appointment, click here.
